Why should I service my equipment?
Servicing your equipment regularly, ensures that it is performing as well as it can, it increases it's longevity and ultimately, saves you time and money by reducing the risk of breakdowns during use.
How often should I service my equipment?
We recommend an annual preventative service. This allows us to replace items affected by the usual wear and tear as well as keeping on top of water filter changes and limescale build up.
Is there anything else I can do to protect my equipment?
A boiler inspection is often required for insurance purposes and also indicates that your machine is operating safely, we are CoffeeSafe certified which means that we can complete a boiler inspection for you.
