Headquartered in Bristol, South West Coffee Tech was founded by two seasoned coffee machine technicians and serves South West England, South Wales, and beyond. Our team consists of highly skilled technicians with extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide array of coffee equipment. We are proud to be officially approved by leading brands such as La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Conti, La Spaziale, Mahlkönig, Marco, Fracino, Sanremo, and Rancilio, among others.

Calum and Aaron, the co-founders, began their journey in the coffee industry working for some of the most respected coffee roasters in the South West. While collaborating at Clifton Coffee, they envisioned creating an independent service company. After more than a decade of experience in the field, they brought their vision to life by establishing South West Coffee Tech. Their goal was to provide dedicated service solutions to coffee roasters, independent coffee shops, coffee shop chains, and facilities management companies.

Now nearly two years in operation, South West Coffee Tech has grown to a team of four and has established itself as one of the leading service providers in the South West. The company supports some of the UK’s most prominent roasters alongside a vibrant community of independent specialty coffee shops and chains.

All SWCT technicians are certified baristas, trained by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). This unique expertise allows them to deeply understand the goals and standards of the specialty coffee industry. As part of the new wave of coffee equipment specialists, the SWCT team blends technical skill with a holistic perspective on the coffee industry, ensuring a seamless integration of quality and service.
